目的 探讨创伤性胸骨柄体关节脱位的诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析我院2007年9月~2012年8月收治的4例创伤性胸骨柄体关节脱位的患者。其中手术固定3例, 保守治疗1例。结果 所有患者均获临床痊愈, 内固定患者术后恢复时间明显优于保守患者。结论 内固定是治疗创伤性胸骨柄体关节脱位的简便、可靠的方法。
Objective To survey the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic manubriosternal joint dislocation.Method A retrospective study was made on 4 cases of traumatic manubriosternal joint dislocation hospitalized from Sep 2007 to Aug 2012 in our hospital they were treated with operation and conservative treatment.Result All patients got clinical cure after treatment.The patitents treated with operation recovered more quickly than the one with conservative method.Conclusion Internal fixation is an effective method to cure traumatic manubriosternal joint dislocation.
