目的 探讨自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合地奥司明在混合痔临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 研究病例为80例,为本院2019年1月—2019年9月住院患者,采用分层抽样法将80例患者分为单纯手术组和联合组（手术+自动痔疮套扎术）各40例,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 联合组治疗的总体有效率为92.5%明显高于单纯手术组,组间对比差异显著（P<0.05）;治疗前,单纯手术组和治疗组的肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）和C反应蛋白水平（CRP）水平之间未见明显差异（P>0.05）;治疗后,两组上述3项炎症因子指标的水平较本组治疗前相比均有明显下降,组内对比差异显著（P<0.05）,并且联合组治疗的炎症因子指标的水平明显低于单纯手术组,组间对比差异显著（P<0.05）;联合组并发症发生率7.5%明显低于单纯手术组25%,组间对比差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对混合痔病患联合使用自动痔疮套扎术和地奥司明治疗可以显著提高治疗效果,在改善病患临床症状的同时降低炎症指标水平,减少炎症反应的发生,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid (RPH) plus Diosmin on mixed hemorrhoid. Methods Eighty mixed hemorrhoid patients treated from January 2019 to September 2019 in our hospital were assigned to a regular surgery group and a combined surgery group (regular surgery combinded with RPH) by stratified sampling method, with 40 cases in each group. The curative effects were probed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the combined surgery group (92.5%) was significantly higher than that in the regular surgery group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels between the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of above inflammatory factors in the two groups were remarkably reduced than before (P<0.05), and the levels in the combined surgery group were lower then those in the regular surgery gronp (P<0.05). The complication rate in the combined surgery group (7.5%) was significantly lower than that in the regular surgery group (25%)(P<0.05). Conclusion RPH combined with Diosmin applied for mixed hemorrhoid can obviously improve treatment effects by alleviating clinical symptoms and reducing the levels of inflammatory factors and inflammatory responses.
