目的 对医院各个科室的部门物资预算进行管理及控制,实现医院合理配置物流、资金流,加强物资采购预算管理。方法 通过Webservice方式将医院已经建设的智慧平台与物资管理系统对接,实现数据交互;通过设置报警提示,控制部门预算金额。结果 通过与医院智慧平台的对接,完成对医院各个科室物资预算使用的监控和管理,并将预算控制结果以报表的形式展现给医院管理者。结论 随着公立医院全面预算管理的实施,医院物资预算管理成为其重要环节之一,只有严格把控物资预算才能实现医院精细化控费管理的目标。

Objective To realize the reasonable allocation of logistics and capital flow, and strengthen the budget management of material procurement in hospitals through the management and control of departmental material budget. Methods Through Webservice, the established hospital intelligent platform was connected with a material management system to realize data interaction. Alerts were set to control the bugdet of each department. Results Through docking with the hospital intelligent platform, our hospital realized monitoring and managing the use of material budget in all departments, and presenting budget control report forms to hospital managers. Conclusion With the implementation of comprehensive budget management in public hospitals, hospital material budget management has become one of the important links. Only by strictly controlling material budget can we achieve the goal of fine cost management in hospitals.
