马德龙病(Madelung disease, MD)是一种罕见的脂肪代谢障碍引起皮下深、浅筋膜间隙中脂肪组织的进行性、过度性及对称性沉积。根据脂肪组织的分布,临床上一般将马德龙病分为3种类型,本文介绍Ⅰ型马德龙病1例并对其发病机制、诊断及治疗方法进行探讨,为临床诊疗工作提供帮助。
Madelung's disease (MD) is a rare fat metabolism disorder that causes progressive, excessive, and symmetrical deposition of adipose tissues in the deep and superficial fascial spaces. According to the distribution of adipose tissues, Madelung's disease is generally divided into three types in clinical practice. This paper introduced one case of Madelung's disease type Ⅰand discussed its pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment methods to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
