目的 探讨玻璃体腔硅油填充术患者体位依从性的护理干预效果。方法 采用回顾性方法分析,选取自2019年1月—2019年11月收治的50例玻璃体腔硅油填充术患者的临床资料,比较常规体位指导与应用特殊体位护理干预的应用效果。结果 术后1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d,研究组患者的特殊体位持续时间均长于对照组,均有显著差异（P<0.05）。研究组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,有显著差异（P<0.05）。研究组患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论 玻璃体腔硅油填充术患者实施特殊体位护理干预的依从性,可缩短特殊体位持续时间,减少并发症发生,提高住院患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on postural compliance of patients with vitreous silicone oil tamponade. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 50 patients with silicone oil tamponade in vitreous cavity from January 2019 to November 2019 to compare the effects of routine posture guidance and special posture nursing interventions. Results The duration of special posture in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group at 1 d, 3 d, and 5 d after operation (P < 0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The patients'satisfaction with nursing service in the study group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing interventions with special posture after vitreous cavity silicone oil tamponade could shorten the duration of special posture, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
