目的 探讨输尿管镜球囊扩张用于治疗男性尿道狭窄的有效性和安全性。方法 2016年1月—2020年5月收治的70例男性尿道狭窄患者随机分为观察组（35例,输尿管镜球囊扩张术）和对照组（35例,传统尿道探子扩张术）;对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）;经治疗两组最大尿流率均得到显著提高（P<0.05）,且治疗后观察组最大尿流率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 输尿管镜球囊扩张用于治疗男性尿道狭窄的有效性和安全性均较高,可在临床借鉴推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic balloon dilatation on male urethral stricture. Methods Seventy male patients with urethral stricture treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group （35 cases, ureteroscopic balloon dilatation） and a control group （35 cases, traditional urethral probe dilatation）. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The maximum urinary flow rates of the two groups were both significantly increased after treatment （P<0.05）, and the maximum urinary flow rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Ureteroscopic balloon dilatation is effective and safe in the treatment of male urethral stricture and deserves clinical promotion.
