目的 分析单猪尾导管在前列腺增生所致尿潴留患者中治疗效果。方法 选取62例经导尿失败的前列腺增生所致尿潴留患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组30例,采用单猪尾膀胱造瘘导管行膀胱穿刺造瘘术治疗。对照组32例,采用膀胱造瘘管行膀胱穿刺造瘘术治疗。观察两组患者围手术期指标（手术时间、瘘口愈合时间、拔管时间、术中出血量）及术后并发症（血尿、瘘道感染、膀胱刺激征、造瘘管堵塞）。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量均短于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 前列腺增生所致尿潴留患者行单猪尾导管膀胱造瘘术治疗具有明显优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of single pigtail catheter on urinary retention caused by prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 62 patients with urinary retention caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia after catheterization failure were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. In the observation group, 30 cases were treated by cystostomy with single pigtail catheter. In the control group, 32 cases were treated by cystostomy with regular catheter. The perioperative indices （operation time, fistula healing time, extubation time, and intraoperative blood loss） and postoperative complications （hematuria, fistula infection, bladder irritation sign, and fistulostomy blockage） were observed in the two groups. Results Shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, and lower incidence of postoperative complications were observed in the observation group than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Single pigtail catheter cystostomy has obvious advantages in the treatment of urinary retention caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia and is worthy of clinical application.
