摘要

黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎（xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis, XGC）是一种少见的特殊类型的胆囊炎症,已明确其为良性病变,却有侵袭破坏周围组织器官的倾向,且临床特征缺乏特异性,对其诊疗还是未能达成共识,尤其是在与胆囊癌（gallbladder cancer, GBC）鉴别方面几乎没有什么进展。矛盾与争议始终贯穿于XGC的术前诊断与手术治疗方式的选择中,故本文主要就XGC的发病情况、临床特征及所面临的诊疗困境等方面作一介绍。

Abstract

Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis （XGC）, a rare and special type of cholecystitis, is identified as benign lesions but tends to invade and destroy the surrounding tissues and organs, and its clinical characteristics are not specific. There is no consensus on its diagnosis and treatment, especially the differential diagnosis with gallbladder cancer （GBC）. Conflicts and controversies have always run through the choice of preoperative diagnosis and surgical treatment of XGC. This article mainly reviewed the incidence, clinical characteristics, and the difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of XGC.
