目的 探讨如何进一步加强对手术耗材的规范管理,深化医院成本核算,保障医疗工作高效、安全的开展,建立完善以社会、经济效益为中心的科学管理服务体系。方法 对外科不同科室和病种的手术耗材使用情况进行标准化和精细化管理,将手术中使用的耗材分为治疗类耗材和辅助类耗材,制订一套外科手术耗材的标化管理的绩效考核制度。结果 通过绩效考核的管控,引导临床外科合理使用手术耗材。结论 加强对外科手术耗材的绩效考核,特别是临床辅助耗材使用的绩效考核,有助于对医院手术耗材的规范管理,合理降低医疗费用,保障医疗工作高效、安全地开展。

Objective To discuss how to further strengthen the standardized management of surgical consumables, deepen hospital cost accounting, ensure the efficient and safe development of medical work, and establish and improve the scientific management service system centered on social and economic benefits. Methods A standardized and refined management of surgical consumables was conducted according to different departments and diseases. The consumables used in surgeries were divided into therapeutic consumables and auxiliary consumables. A performance appraisal system for standardized management of surgical consumables was formulated. Results Through the management and control of performance appraisal, surgical consumables were used rationally. Conclusion Strengthening the performance appraisal of the use of surgical consumables, especially the use of clinical auxiliary consumables, is helpful to standardize the management of surgical consumables, reasonably reduce medical costs, and ensure the efficient and safe development of medical work.
