目的 探讨预见性护理预防颈椎骨折患者围手术期低蛋白血症的效果。方法 选择2018年4月—2020年1月治疗的80例颈椎骨折患者,分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。对照组给予常规护理,在对照组基础上,观察组给予预见性护理干预,比较两组白蛋白指标变化情况。结果 观察组术后1 d、术后3 d、术后7 d白蛋白水平均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 颈椎骨折患者运用预见性护理可有效预防围手术期发生低蛋白血症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of predictive nursing on perioperative hypoproteinemia in patients with cervical spinal fracture. Methods Eighty patients with cervical spinal fracture treated from April 2018 to January 2020 were blindly divided into an observation group （n=40） and a control group （n=40）. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention based on the control group. The changes of albumin were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of albumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at postoperative 1 d, 3 d, and 7 d （P<0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing for patients with cervical spinal fracture can effectively prevent the incidence of perioperative hypoproteinemia, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
