目的 探讨在超声引导下肩袖钙化性肌腱炎的穿刺封闭治疗的优点。方法 对我院2012年06月—2012年12月骨科门诊的20例肩袖钙化性肌腱炎患者进行超声引导下穿刺封闭治疗,复查,随诊,并对随访结果进行统计学分析。结果 20例患者均得到随访,患者末次随访进行ASES评分、Constant-Murley评分,2个评分治疗前后相比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 穿刺封闭治疗是治疗肩袖钙化性肌腱炎的一种安全、有效的方法,在超声引导下实施这一操作,精确点高,注射位置精确。
Objective To study the advantage of ultrasound-guided injection for the treatment of rotator cuff calcifying tendinitis.Methods From June 2012-2012 December,20 cases of rotator cuff calcifying tendinitis were treated with ultrasound-guided injection in the orthopedic clinic of our hospital.All the patients were followed-up.All the Results were analyzed statistically.Results 20 patients were followed up and at the last follow-up all the patients were evaluated with ASES score,Constant-Murley score.The preoperation scores and postoperation scores were different significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided injection therapy is a safe and effective method for rotator cuff calcifying tendinitis,for the injection site can be located accurately.
