肿瘤转移是肿瘤发展的重要阶段,是多数恶性肿瘤患者的主要致死因素。上皮间质转化(transformation of epithelial mesenchymal,EMT)作为肿瘤发生转移的第一步,是一个动态的多基因、多步骤的生物学过程,与恶性肿瘤的侵袭、转移关系密切。研究EMT发生发展机制,寻找控制肿瘤侵袭、转移的有效途径或肿瘤治疗新靶点,是目前肿瘤研究的热点之一。该文仅就EMT、相关因子及信号转导通路与肿瘤侵袭、转移的关系作一综述。
Tumor metastasis is an important stage in the development of tumor and the most principal lethal factors of malignant tumor patients.Transformation of epithelial mesenchymal (EMT),as the first step in the metastatic tumor,is a multiple genes,multi-steps and dynamic biology process closely associated with invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor [1].The occurrence and development of EMT and their mechanism,research of a new effective way to control the invasion and metastasis of tumor or tumor treatment targets,is currently one of the hot topics in the study of tumor.This article summarizes the relationship between EMT,its relevant factors,signal transduction pathway and the invasion and metastasis of tumor.
