仰卧位低血压综合征(supine hypotensive syndrome,SHS)又称“妊娠晚期下腔静脉综合征”,是孕产妇在妊娠末期仰卧位时,增大的子宫压迫下腔静脉,使远端血液淤滞,回心血量减少,心搏出量减少,表现为血压急骤下降,伴随头晕、恶心、胸闷、出冷汗、脉率增快、面色苍白等症状,而侧卧时上述症状立即消失或减轻。一旦发生应及时处理,否则可发生胎儿宫内窘迫甚至死亡、新生儿窒息、产妇循环衰竭甚至心跳骤停而死亡等情况,故临床上应引起重视认真预防,以免发生严重后果。
