医院应急管理体系的系统建设是医院应急管理水平的重要体现,在目前社会大环境和新医改不断深化的形势下,对医院应急管理工作提出了新的更高的要求。本文主要分析了医院应急管理体系系统建设的迫切性和必要性,提出了医院应急管理体系系统建设的内容和评估的重要性,以及目前医院应急管理工作中存在的难点及应对的策略。

It is an important manifestation of hospital emergency management standards for systematic construction of the hospital’s emergency management system.Under the current social environment and the new health care reform deepening situation,the new higher requirements for hospital’s emergency management are put forward to us.We have analyzed the urgency and necessity of the construction of the hospital system’s emergency management system in this paper.It is necessary to set up a content and evaluation system of the hospital’s emergency management system.In addition,it shows the difficulty which exists in hospital emergency management.We will systematic propose some strategies to overcome these difficulties in this paper.
