目的 探讨地夸磷索钠滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠在白内障术后干眼症患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月采用地夸磷索钠滴眼液+玻璃酸钠联合用药治疗的236例白内障术后干眼症患者作为联合用药组;同期采用玻璃酸钠单独用药治疗的82例白内障术后干眼症患者作为单独用药组,对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 联合用药组治疗总有效率显著高于单独用药组（P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者SPEED评分、角膜荧光素染色（FL）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、泪液分泌实验（Slt）比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,经治疗2组患者SPEED 评分、FL、BUT、Slt均得到显著改善（P<0.05）,且治疗后联合用药组患者SPEED评分、FL、BUT、Slt均显著优于单独用药组（P<0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 与单独使用玻璃酸钠治疗相比,地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠可显著提升白内障术后干眼症的治疗效果,值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of diquafosol sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate for patients with dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods In this study, 236 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery, who were treated with diquafosol sodium and sodium hyaluronate in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023, were selected as the combined group, at the same time, 82 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated with sodium hyaluronate alone were selected as the single therapy group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single therapy group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in SPEED score, Fluorescent Test （FL）, Tear Breakup Time （BUT）, and Schirner Test （Slt） between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment, the SPEED score, FL, BUT, and Slt in both groups were significantly improved （P<0.05）, and the scores of SPEED, FL, BUT, and Slt in the combined group were significantly better than those in the single therapy group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Compared with sodium hyaluronate alone, the combination of sodium hyaluronate and diquafosol sodium can significantly improve the therapeutic effect on dry eye after cataract surgery.
