目的 探析对肛周脓肿患者给予小切口负压引流术联合冲洗治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年6月就诊的肛周脓肿患者100例,根据患者意愿分为联合组和常规组,每组各50例。联合组给予小切口负压引流术联合冲洗治疗,常规组给予切开引流治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果,手术前和手术后4周生活质量评分以及手术后6个月并发症发生情况。结果 联合组的总有效率（94.00%）高于常规组（78.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。手术后,两组患者世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表（WHO QOL-BREF）评分较手术前均有所提升,且联合组评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组的并发症总发生率（2.00%）低于常规组（16.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对肛周脓肿患者给予小切口负压引流术联合冲洗治疗可有效提升临床治疗效果,减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision negative pressure drainage combined with irrigation treatment on perianal abscess. Methods A total of 100 patients with perianal abscess from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected and divided into a combined group and a conventional group according to the patient's choices, with 50 patients in each group. The combined group received small incision negative pressure drainage combined with irrigation treatment, while the conventional group received incision drainage treatment. Comparisons were made in the treatment outcomes, quality of life scores before and 4 weeks after surgery, and the incidence of complications 6 months after surgery between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the combined group （94.00%） was higher than that of the conventional group （78.00%） （P<0.05）. After surgery, the WHO QOL-BREF scores of both groups of patients were improved compared to before surgery, and the combined group scored higher than the conventional group （P<0.05）; The total incidence of complications in the combined group （2.00%） was lower than that in the conventional group （16.00%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion Small incision negative pressure drainage combined with irrigation treatment can effectively improve clinical treatment effectiveness, reduce complications, and improve patient quality of life for patients with perianal abscess.
