目的 分析子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血患者中的临床疗效及对术中出血、下床活动时间的影响。方法 选取医院接诊的120例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用水囊压迫止血法,观察组采用子宫背带式缝合术。比较两组治疗方式在剖宫产产后出血患者中的临床疗效以及对术中出血量、下床活动时间的影响。结果 观察组总有效率（96.66%）高于对照组（83.33%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组术中出血量、下床活动时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率（3.34%）低于对照组（16.68%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 子宫背带式缝合术能降低术中出血量、缩短下床活动时间,对剖宫产产后出血有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of uterine harness suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section and its impact on intraoperative bleeding and ambulatory time. Methods A total of 120 cesarean section women admitted were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group used water sac compression hemostasis, while the observation group used uterine strap suture. The clinical efficacy of two methods in treating postpartum hemorrhage, as well as their impacts on intraoperative bleeding volume and out-of-bed activity time were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （96.66%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （83.33%） （P<0.05）. The intraoperative bleeding volume and out-of-bed activity time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group （3.34%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （16.68%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion Uterine strap suture can reduce intraoperative bleeding and shorten the time to get out of bed, and has a good effect on postpartum hemorrhage.
