目的 分析中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 观察2019年1月—2022年6月期间在诊治的腰椎间盘突出症合并腰腿疼痛患者84例,随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,观察组应用针刺加中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴护理干预,对照组应用常规针刺干预,比较两组患者的治疗前后直腿抬高度、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、日本骨科学会颈椎病疗效评定标准（JOA）评分、下床时间和住院天数。结果 治疗后,观察组的直腿抬高度和JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,下床时间和住院天数少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 常规针刺加中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴护理能较好地改善腰椎间盘突出症合并腰腿疼痛患者的临床症状。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy combined with auricular point nursing on lumbar disc herniation. Methods From January 2019 to June 2022, a total of 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation complicated with lumbago and leg pain were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy combined with auricular point nursing intervention, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture intervention. The angle of straight leg raise, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores, Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） scores, time of getting out of bed, and hospital stay before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the straight leg raise and JOA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the VAS score, time of getting out of bed, and hospital stay of the observation group were lower （P<0.05）. Conclusion Conventional acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy combined with auricular point nursing can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation complicated with low back and leg pain.
