摘要: 乳腺癌已成为发病率占首位恶性肿瘤,现今该病诊疗也从传统治疗手段逐步转变为个体化精准治疗。干扰素刺激基因15(interferon- stimulated gene 15, ISG15)与许多恶性肿瘤发生发展相关,且参与肿瘤相关免疫应答、许多化疗药物耐药;促进乳腺癌细胞运动,涉及乳腺癌相关肿瘤免疫及多种信号通路,为乳腺癌治疗提供了新思路。本文综述ISG15的结构功能、与肿瘤的相关性及在乳腺癌研究中的进展。

Abstract: Breast cancer has become the most common women malignant tumor in the world. Nowadays, the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer has gradually changed from traditional treatment methods to individualized and precise treatment methods. Interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) is related to the occurrence and development of many malignant tumors, and participates in tumor-related immune responses and the resistance of many chemotherapeutics. ISG15 can promote breast cancer cell movement, and participate in breast cancer-related tumor immunotherapy and various signaling pathways. These research findings provide new insights for breast cancer treatment. In this paper, the structure and function of ISG15, and its correlation with tumors, especially with breast cancer, were reviewed.
