摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例主动脉窦瘤破入右房的围术期护理经验。联合多学科对患者术前进行心功能综合支持及监护,术后从病情观察、血流动力学监护、预防感染、神经系统的护理、呼吸系统的护理和健康指导等方面进行护理干预。经过积极治疗与护理,患者于1周后顺利康复出院。

关键词: 主动脉窦瘤, 围手术期护理, 血管活性药

Abstract: To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a case of aortic sinus tumor breaking into the right atrium. Provide comprehensive support and monitoring for patients with cardiac function before operation, and nursing intervention is carried out from the aspects of condition observation, hemodynamic monitoring, infection prevention, nervous system nursing, respiratory system nursing and health guidance after operation. After active treatment and care, the patient recovered successfully one week later.
