Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perforator flap of the digital proper artery and the perforator flap of the dorsal metacarsal artery relay on hot compression wound of finger dorsal side. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 30 patients with hot compression injuries on the dorsal side of fingers treated from January 2019 to June 2022. According to different treatment methods, patients treated with pedicled abdominal flap transplantation and repair were included in the control group (n=15), patients treated with perforator flaps of digital proper artery + dorsal metacarsal artery relay were included in the observation group (n=15), and both groups were followed up for 6 months after treatment. The number of operations, length of stay, excellent and good rate of hand function, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of hand function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of perforator flap of the digital proper artery + perforator flap of the dorsal metacarsal artery relay in the repair of hot compression wound of fingers has a significant effect, which can effectively promote the recovery of hand function and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and can be further popularized in clinic.
