摘要/Abstract

摘要： “长新冠”综合征是指新型冠状病毒感染引起患者身体不适>3个月,其中至少2个月不能用其他疾病来解释。目前还没有关于“长新冠”综合征治疗的专家共识或指南,治疗方案应综合文献和实际临床实践。本文报道1例经皮冠脉介入术（PCI）后合并“长新冠”综合征患者经过心脏康复联合体外反博治疗,以期为此类患者的康复治疗提供参考。

关键词: 增强型体外反搏, 经皮冠脉介入术, 心脏康复, "长新冠"综合征

Abstract: “Long COVID" syndrome refers to the illness caused by novel coronavirus infection for more than 3 months, of which at least 2 months cannot be explained by other diseases. At present, there is no expert consensus or guidance on the treatment of "Long COVID" syndrome, and the treatment plan should integrate literature and real-world clinical practice. This paper reported a patient with "Long COVID" syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） who underwent cardiac rehabilitation combined with external counterpulsation, in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment of such patients.
