Abstract: With the continuous development and widespread adoption of information technology, modern medicine has become increasingly reliant on it, making hospital informatization construction more important than ever. Leadership, collaboration, and execution are key factors in the management of hospital informatization construction. This article explored the roles and significance of these three factors in the management of hospital informatization construction, and emphasized the importance of integrating these three forces, providing recommendations for the management of hospital informatization construction.
