Abstract: Procurement management in public hospitals is a key point for internal risk prevention and control, and also a top priority for the construction of hospital party conduct and clean governance. This paper discussed issues related to risk prevention and control in the procurement management of public hospitals. It systematically analyzed the risk points in current public hospital procurement management, and combined practical cases in hospital environments to propose an optimization path from four dimensions： operational mechanism, system, process, and supervision. This path is to strengthen Party’s leadership role through a sound decision-making mechanism, perfect the system framework to consolidate compliance foundations, standardize the procurement process to achieve precise risk control, and integrate supervisory resources to enhance supervision efficiency. Research has shown that systematic procurement risk prevention and control strategies can effectively prevent against corruption risks, improve capital efficiency, and promote high-quality development of hospitals.
