摘要： 目的 探讨乳腺分叶状肿瘤的临床病理特点及治疗体会。方法 回顾性分析38例乳腺分叶状肿瘤的临床资料，分析其临床病理特征，并采取不同手术治疗方式，观察临床效果和复发率。结果 本组38例患者中，乳腺分叶状肿瘤主要为单侧单发无痛包块，无包膜，肿块直径多小于5cm，病理类型以良性居多（P＜0.05）。38例患者共有8例复发，总复发率为21.1%，其中良性叶状肿瘤复发5例（13.2%），交界性叶状肿瘤复发2例(5.3)，恶性叶状肿瘤复发1例(2.6%)。接受乳腺局部切除术的患者复发率明显高于局部扩大切除术全切术者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺分叶状肿瘤临床病例特点主要为单侧单发无痛包块，无包膜，手术治疗是其主要治疗手段，手术效果与手术方式密切相关。

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics and treatment of phyllodes tumor.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 38 cases of breast phyllodes tumors, analyze the clinical pathological features, clinical effect and recurrence rate.Results:Among the 38 cases, the main phyllodes tumor of the breast were unilateral and solitary painless mass. No capsule, tumor diameter less than 5cm, the pathological types are mostly benign (P < 0.05) of.38 patients with a total of 8 cases of recurrence, the total recurrence rate was 21.1%. for breast local resection of the recurrence rate of patients was significantly higher than that of extended local excision of hysterectomy, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical features of phyllodes tumor of the breast is unilateral and solitary painless mass, no capsule, surgical treatment is the main treatment, operation effect and operation methods are closely related.
