摘要： [摘 要]目的：数字化手术室多路高清视频合成对于提高手术教学及手术远程会诊具有重要的意义。方法：针对国内现有手术室视频清晰度低、可视角度少、切换繁琐等问题，采用FPGA硬件架构，设计了四路HD-SDI高清视频信号的合成，现场测试。结果：表明，系统运行稳定，操作方便。结论：设计和实现手术室内多路高清视频合成系统，是数字化手术室建设的重点和难点；

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective：The Digital Operating Room,with multiple HD video synthesis system is important for improving quality of medical teaching and tele-surgery. ,Methods：Operating Room.Since domestic operating room video has some problems such as video resolution low,less visual angle,This paper based on the hardware structure of the FPGA,designs a system for the four HD video signals synthesis system.
