降钙素原在心脏术后全身炎性反应综合征中的临床应用现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 降钙素原（PCT）是一种新型感染相关性生物标志物，在心脏术后早期诊断严重感染、鉴别感染性和非感染性全身炎性反应综合征、评估感染严重程度及预后方面均具有重要意义。PCT作为临床检测指标已开始广泛应用。

Abstract: Procalcitonin(PCT) is a new infection-associated biomarker. It plays an important role in the early diagnosis of severe infection after cardiac surgery, identification of infectious and non-infectious SIRS, assessing the severity of infection and prognosis. PCT has been widely used as a clinical index.
