摘要： 目的 探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法 本研究选取2016年1月—2018年12月选择腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的55例急性阑尾炎患者为腹腔镜组,同期开腹阑尾切除术治疗的55例急性阑尾炎患者为开腹组;所有患者均随访3个月,比较两组手术效果(手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间)及术后并发症。结果 腹腔镜组手术时间显著长于开腹组(P<0.05),术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间均显著少于开腹组(P<0.05),并发症发生率亦低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论 与传统开腹阑尾切除术相比,腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎可显著提高手术效果,降低术后并发症,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy on acute appendicitis.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 55 acute appendicitis patients treated with laparoscopic appendectomy were selected as laparoscopic group and another 55 acute appendicitis patients treated with open appendectomy at the same time were selected as laparotomy group.All patients were followed up for three months.The operative effects (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exsufflation time, and hospitalization time) and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The laparoscopy group showed longer operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, less anal exsufflation time and hospitalization time, and lower incidence rate of complications than the laparotomy group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open appendectomy, laparoscopic appendectomy can obviously improve the surgical effects and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment of acute appendicitis.
