夜尿症研究与治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 夜尿症是一种非常普遍但常被忽视的疾病,发病率高;以往研究证明其与抑郁、睡眠障碍、情绪障碍、摔倒等有相关性。夜尿症病理生理机制复杂,病因多样,定义存有争议,其临床表现与夜间尿频、遗尿症、尿失禁症状相似,概念很容易混淆。单一药物治疗夜尿症往往不能取得理想的效果,多种药物联合应用可能成为一种新的治疗方向。本研究对夜尿的定义、病因学、鉴别诊断及治疗的现状和进展进行综述。

Abstract: Nocturia is a very common but often overlooked disease,with a high morbidity.Previous studies have shown a correlation with depression,sleep disorder,mood disorder,and fall.The pathophysiological mechanism of nocturia is diverse and the definition is controversial.Its clinical manifestations are similar to nocturnal urination,enuresis,and urinary incontinence.The treatment for nocturia using a single medicine often fails to achieve desired effects,whereas combinations of drugs may be a new direction.This article reviewed the definition,etiology,differential diagnosis,and treatment of nocturia.
