微创稳定系统治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的临床分析

Clinical analysis on minimally invasive stabilization system in the treatment of complicated fracture of distal femur

摘要: 目的 分析微创稳定系统应用于股骨远端复杂骨折的临床价值。方法 研究选取2015年2月—2017年2月应用稳定系统治疗的股骨远端复杂骨折患者62例,并按照随机数字排列表法分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组采取微创稳定系统方案,对照组采取解剖钢板内固定方案,对比两组患者手术所需时长、手术出血量及骨折愈合情况。结果 治疗组患者在手术所需时长、手术出血量及骨折愈合所需时长方面均显著优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组的膝关节功能改善的优良率分别为90.32%、67.74%,治疗组的膝关节功能改善情况显著好于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微创稳定系统应用于股骨远端复杂骨折临床疗效显著,能够有效缩短手术所需时长,降低手术对机体损伤,对于膝关节的恢复具有积极意义,值得临床借鉴。

Abstract: Objective To assess the clinical value of minimally invasive stabilization system in the treatment of complicated fracture of distal femur.Methods Sixty-two patients with complicated fracture of distal femur treated from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected in the study. The subjects were randomly divided into a test group and a control group according to random number table, with 31 cases in each group. The test group adopted an approach using minimally invasive stabilization system; while the control group used internal fixation with anatomic plate. Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, and bone healing conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The test group showed less operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,and bone healing time than the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery of the test group (90.32%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.74%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive stabilization system has an obvious effect on complicated fracture of distal femur, showing shortened operation time and less body injury, which is worthy of clinical application.
