精液与附睾结节穿刺标本结核杆菌DNA检测在附睾结核诊断中的价值

The value of tubercle bacilli DNA detection of seminal fluid and epididymal nodules puncture specimen in epididymal tuberculosis diagnosis

摘要: 目的 探讨精液及附睾结节穿刺标本中结核杆菌DNA含量检测在附睾结核诊断中的价值。方法 对2010年1月—2018年2月诊治的42例附睾结节患者,均行附睾结节穿刺术及留取精液,将标本分为两份分别行结核杆菌DNA检测及涂片镜检结核杆菌,计算结核杆菌阳性率。 结果 结核杆菌DNA检测精液标本阳性率28.57%、附睾穿刺标本阳性率42.86%、组织标本高于精液标本P<0.01;精液标本与附睾穿刺标本结核杆菌涂片检测阳性率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 对可疑附睾结核患者的精液及附睾结节穿刺应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测结核杆菌DNA含量,是一种有价值的诊断手段。

Abstract: Objective To assess the value of tubercle bacilli DNA detection of seminal fluid and epididymal tuberculous puncture specimen in epididymal tuberculosis diagnosis.Methods From Jan.2010 to Feb.2018, 42 patients with epididymal nodules were selected.Tubercle bacilli DNA detection of seminal fluid and epididymal nodules puncture specimen were taken.Tubercle bacilli were also tested and positive tuberculosis rate was calculatel.Results The positive rate of TB-DNA in the epididymal puncture group was significantly higher than that in the semiral fluid group (42.86% vs.28.57%,P<0.01).The positive rates of smear test had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Tubercle bacilli DNA detection of seminal fluid and epididymal nodules puncture specimen have a great value in diagnosing epididymal tuberculosis.
