摘要： 目的 观察腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法 将2017年1月—2018年12月接受手术治疗的171例腹股沟疝患者分为常规手术组(56例)和腹腔镜手术组(115例),对比两组疗效。结果 与常规手术组相比,腹腔镜组手术时间较长(P<0.05),术中出血量较少、术后1 d VAS评分较低、术后恢复正常活动时间及住院时间较短(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率及半年复发率较低(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜疝修补术用于治疗腹股沟疝虽手术时间长,但出血量少、术后疼痛轻、术后恢复快且并发症发生率及复发率低,安全有效。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic hernia repair on inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 171 patients with inguinal hernia who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into traditional surgery group (56 cases) and laparoscopic group (115 cases) according to operation methods, and their surgical effects were compared.Results The laparoscopic group had longer operational time, less bleeding amount, lower VAS score at 1 day after surgery, shorter recovery time and hospitalization time, and decreased postoperative complications and half-year hernia recurrence rate than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair for inguinal hernia is safe and effective, with less bleeding amount, lighter postoperational pain, quicker postoperative recovery, and smaller postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate, despite of longer operation time.
