CBCT在口腔外科阻生牙拔除术中的应用价值

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察在口腔外科阻生牙拔除术患者的检查当中,锥形束投照计算机重组断层影像（cone beam CT,CBCT)的实际应用效果。方法选择2017年8月—2019年8月期间所收治的56例阻生牙拔除术患者为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,给予对照组对象常规方式检查,而实验组对象则需接受CBCT检查,观察两组患者接受不同方式检查后的具体治疗效果、不良反应的发生情况以及患者对于检查的满意度。结果实验组对象接受检查后的整体效果明显好于对照组,且出现不良反应的情况更少,患者的整体满意度更高,两组对象的相关数据进行比较后差异存在明显意义（P<0.01）。结论针对接受阻生牙拔除术治疗的患者,让其接受CBCT检查的效果较好,该检查方式值得在临床中推广。

Abstract: Objective To observe the practical application of cone beam CT (CBCT) in the examination of patients with oral surgical impacted tooth extraction. Methods A total of 56 patients with impacted tooth extraction who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (routine examination) and experimental group (CBCT examination). The treatment effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, and patient's satisfaction with the examination were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effect of the experimental group was obviously better, the adverse reactions were fewer, and patients’ overall satisfaction were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion For patients undergoing extraction of impacted teeth, CBCT examination can produce satisfying effects and the method is worthy of clinical promotion.
