摘要: 新型冠状病毒在全球多国陆续演变出多个变异株,传播力和危害性逐步累积增强。目前Delta变异株已侵入我国,造成了严重的危害。新冠病毒的持续变异,已成为全球关注的焦点。本文汇总分析各典型变异株的研究数据,从生物学角度探讨变异株对病原体检测、治疗、疫苗等方面的影响,以及病毒持续变异对防疫工作造成的冲击和应对策略。

Abstract: Multiple variants of SARS-CoV-2 have appeared in many countries across the world and resulted in the gradual enhancement of viral transmission and infection. Recently, Delta variant invaded China and caused serious consequences. The continuous mutation of SARS-CoV-2 is turning into a critical topic of global pandemic control. By summarizing the studies of typical variants, this article analyzed the impacts of SARS-CoV-2 variants on diagnosis, treatment, and vaccination from the perspective of biology, and discussed the strategies on how to tackle the challenge of the continuous mutation.
