摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究自制皮肤牵张装置在四肢急慢性创面修复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2023年2月收治的四肢急慢性创面患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采取常规负压封闭引流,观察组采取自制皮肤牵张装置。比较两组的治疗效果和平均创面愈合时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的76.92%,有显著差异（P<0.05）。观察组创面愈合平均时间时间（14.13±3.45） d,短于对照组的（19.04±4.82） d,有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论在四肢急慢性创面修复中,采用自制皮肤牵张装置,能够有效提高治疗总有效率,缩短创面愈合时间,应用效果十分显著。

Abstract: Objective To study the application effect of self-made skin stretching device in the repair of acute and chronic wounds of extremities. Methods A total of 78 patients with acute and chronic wounds of limbs treated from November 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine vacuum sealing drainage, and the observation group was treated with self-made skin stretching device. The therapeutic effect and average wound healing time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%, significantly higher than 76.92% of the control group （P<0.05）. The wound healing time in the observation group was （14.13±3.45） d, significantly shorter than （19.04±4.82） d in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion In the repair of acute and chronic wounds of extremities, the self-made skin stretching device can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment and shorten the wound healing time, producinga significant effect.
