Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of injection sclerotherapy+anoplasty in the treatment of rectal prolapse.Methods 42 cases of Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of complete rectal prolapse were randomly divided into treatment group (n=22) and control group (n=20).Patients in treatment group were received Xiaozhiling injection and anoplasty,patients in control group were only treated by Xiaozhiling injection.Results After 12 months of follow-up recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in complication and cure rate.Conclusion Sclerosing injections+anoplasty are less pain and more effective therapy for Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse
