Abstract: To elevate the service quality of hospitals,improve the patients’ medical environment,and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients,we design and develop the outpatient information of surgical specialist mapping system,by using the tools like cloud computing technology,C/S architecture,Oracle database,C# object-oriented language.The screen display system can provide a clear guidance of treatment direction to surgical patients and optimizes the service process of surgical outpatient,so that it improves the overall efficiency and service quality of hospital,to elevate surgical patients’ satisfaction and offers a more convenient treatment process for patients.
