Abstract: “Long COVID" syndrome refers to the illness caused by novel coronavirus infection for more than 3 months, of which at least 2 months cannot be explained by other diseases. At present, there is no expert consensus or guidance on the treatment of "Long COVID" syndrome, and the treatment plan should integrate literature and real-world clinical practice. This paper reported a patient with "Long COVID" syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) who underwent cardiac rehabilitation combined with external counterpulsation, in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment of such patients.

Key words: Enhanced external counterpulsation, Percutaneous coronary intervention, Heart rehabilitation, "Long COVID"syndrome
