Abstract

Extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass has been widely used in the management of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,moyamoya disease,intracranial aneurysms and brain tumors.This article focuses on its application in ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and reviews it from the aspect of cerebral hemodynamics of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,pathophysiological basis,and operating modes,etc.

搭桥对颅内动脉闭塞患者的2年内卒中再发无预防作用,而停止研究。间接颅内外血管重建可有效避免临时阻断颅内血管导致脑缺血,缺血脑组织可按需进行血管重建,临床效果值得期待[7]
6 展望
   缺血性脑血管疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,积极探讨缺血性脑血管病的防治已成为医学上亟待解决的难题。随着神经影像学和脑血流评估方法的不断改进,积极控制缺血性脑血管疾病发生的风险因素,规范颅内外血管重建的手术技术和病例选择,相信在不久的将来,会有更多的脑血管疾病患者受益于颅内外血管重建技术,减少或避免脑血管事件的再发,提高社会人群的生活质量。
