Abstract

Osteosarcoma is a kind of common orthopedic malignancies with poor prognosis. With rapid development of new techniques in recent years, the result of osteosarcoma is getting better and better. However, there is still no thorough treatment for this disease. With the development of molecular biology, more and more attention is focusing on the role of various signaling pathways in osteosarcoma. One of the signaling pathways is TWEAK/Fn14.It may play an important role in the formation of osteosarcoma.Research progress of the potential relationship between TWEAK/Fn14 signaling pathway and osteosarcoma will be elaborated and discussed.
