Abstract: As one of the important means of treating coronary heart disease, coronary artery bypass graft surgery (coronary artery bypass grafting, CABG) has increasingly improved after 50 years of development. Current research focus is mainly concentrated in the comparison between CABG and percutaneous coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI), the comparison between beating heart and non-beating heart bypass surgery, minimally invasive and robotic heart surgery, hybrid surgery , completely arterial revascularization and other aspects. This review will focus on the current development status, the debate and future trends of coronary artery surgery.
