Abstract

Based on our 15 years experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,we discussed the risk factors about case history,ultrasound and MRCP.Risk factors during operation in difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy was well conserned.Surgical skill was also mentioned to decrease morbidity and mortality.
