Objective To summarize the key points of nursing care for patients with uterine prolapse during laparoscopic uterine suspension and anterior and posterior colporrhaphy.Methods A total of 108 patients with uterine prolapse treated from June 2015 to January 2016 in Liyang People’s Hospital were randomly divided into the conventional nursing group and early nursing intervention group, with 54 cases in each group.Both groups received laparoscopic uterine suspension and anterior and posterior colporrhaphy.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, clinical satisfaction, and nursing quality of the two groups were evaluated.Results The clinical satisfaction level of the early nursing intervention group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group (P＜0.05).Before the intervention, the SAS scores between the two groups were not statistically different (P＞0.05), but after intervention, the SAS score of the early nursing intervention group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group (P＜0.05).The scores of nursing quality in terms of preoperative preparation, mental nursing, discharge instruction, and clinical observation in the conventional nursing group was lower than the scores in the early nursing intervention group (P＜0.05).Conclusion During laparoscopic uterine suspension and anterior and posterior colporrhaphy, early nursing intervention can effectively relieve patient’s anxiety, improve nursing quality, and increase clinical satisfaction.
