Objective To evaluate the nursing interventions during the operation of hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 112 hyperthyroidism patients admitted from May 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into one study group and one conventional group by order of admission and random number table method, with 56 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional nursing care, and the study group received comprehensive nursing interventions in addition to conventional nursing care.The incidence rate of postoperative complications and the rate of nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications of the study group (3.57%) was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (14.29%) (χ²=7.065,P=0.008); the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group (96.43%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.93%) (χ²=8.822,P=0.003).There were also remarkable differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (t=10.975,t=6.835,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with hyperthyroidism, comprehensive nursing interventions can efficiently reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications and unhealthy mental feelings, so as to improve clinical nursing satisfaction, establish a good nurse-patient relationship, and promote nursing quality in general.The comprehensive nursing interventions are of great importance in clinical practice.
