Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treating cholelithiasis.Methods 56 cases of cholelithiasis patients in our hospital from 2010 May to 2013 May were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group,the treatment group treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy,the control group receiving open operation treatment.Curative effects of two groups were observed.Results No significant difference in operation time was observed in two groups,but the amount of intraoperative bleeding,wound infection rate,anal exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly better in treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treating gallstone has curative effect,small trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and is worth clinical promotion.
