Research on lymphatic metastasis and lymphangiogenesis in tumor

Abstract

With multiple growth factors of promoting lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic endothelial cell markers such as vascular endothelial growth factor-C/D,hyaluronic acid,prospero related homeobox gene-1,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3,podoplanin,1ymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor-1 and D2-40 were found,more attention was paid to study on lymphatic metastasis and lymphangiogenesis in tumor.Currently,the study on lymphatic metastasis and lymphangiogenesis in tumor and its mechanism has become a new hot topic of cancer research.This paper is a brief review of recently discovered growth factors of promoting lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic endothelial cell markers,providing new ideas and targets for detection,diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.
