Application of OCTA to diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy

摘要: 光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)是近年来一种新兴的无创眼底血管成像技术,能快速安全精准地获得高分辨率眼底血管图像,为多种眼科疾病的诊疗提供有力证据。本文就OCTA在糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的临床诊疗应用进行简要综述,包括其常见的视网膜毛细血管改变及其在抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物治疗前后的OCTA图像。

Abstract: Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a novel and non-invasive imaging technique that aquires fundus angiographic information with high resolution quickly,safely,and accurately,which strongly supports the diagnosis and treatment of various ocular diseases.This article reviewed the clinical application of OCTA to diabetic retinopathy (DR),including common changes of retinal capillaries and related OCTA images before and after anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) medication.
