摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的肥胖是一种代谢疾病,能够诱发包括不孕症在内的多种疾病。垂直束带式胃减容术在体质量减轻和改善生活质量方面效果显著,本研究旨在该手术是否能够扭转肥胖诱导的雄性SD大鼠的生育功能受损。方法在普通饮食(CD)或高脂饮食(HFD)喂养SD大鼠16周后,对HFD的大鼠进行垂直束带式胃减容或假手术,然后再喂食HFD 8周。比较三个研究组中的性激素,精子质量变化。结果垂直束带式胃减容术显著降低了HFD诱导的肥胖,它还逆转了HFD诱导的畸精症增加和精子活力降低;术后性激素表达明显增加。结论垂直束带式胃减容术改善了男性雄鼠的生育功能。

Abstract: Objective Obesity is a metabolic disease and induces a variety of diseases including infertility.Sleeve gastrectomy shows encouraging Results in terms of weight loss and quality of life improvement.This study aims to determine whether sleeve gastrectomy could reverse obesity-induced fertility impairment in male SD rats.Methods After 16 weeks of a chow diet (CD) or a high-fat diet (HFD) challenge, the HFD rats were given sleeve gastrectomy or sham operation and then fed with HFD for another 8 weeks.Serum sex hormone and sperm quality in the three groups were compared.Results Sleeve gastrectomy not only decreased HFD-induced obesity, but also reversed HFD-induced increase in teratozoospermia and decreases in sperm motility and progressive motility.The expression of sex hormones increased after sleeve gastrectomy.Conclusion Sleeve gastrectomy could reverse obesity-induced fertility impairment in rats.
