长链非编码RNA在胰腺癌中的作用机制与临床应用价值

摘要： 胰腺癌作为世界上致死率极高的一种肿瘤,其发病机制并未得到完全揭示。众所周知,在高通量测序中,一些长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在肿瘤的发生与发展过程中表达量发生显著变化。近年越来越多的研究表明,lncRNA可在肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖和分化等方面发挥作用;在胰腺癌诊断、治疗和预后预测中的潜在价值亦备受关注。文章对lncRNA在胰腺癌中的分子作用机制与临床价值作一综述。

Abstract: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal cancers.The underlying mechanism of PDAC is not completely revealed yet.Notably, expressions of some long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) undergo significant changes in the initiation and progression of cancers.Recent research has demonstrated that lncRNAs have multiple biological functions in cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation.Furthermore, lncRNAs have potential values in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognostic prediction of PDAC.In this review, the molecular mechanism of lncRNAs in PDAC and the potential clinical value were elaborated.
