摘要: 目的 探讨眼科门诊存在的护理风险因素及防范措施,提高患者满意度。方法 回顾眼科门诊日常就诊中存在的护理风险因素,并提出相应护理管理措施。结果 优化护理流程,可减小患者安全隐患。 结论 加强护理人员专业知识、服务水平,加强健康教育,优化就诊流程,制定安全措施等方法共同促进医患和谐关系,减少医患纠纷,提高眼科门诊满意度。

Abstract: Objective To improve patients' satisfaction by analyzing existing nursing risks in ophthalmic clinics and putting forward precautionary measures.Methods Common nursing risks in ophthalmic clinics were reviewed and corresponding management measures were proposed.Results Optimizing nursing process reduced risks for patients.Conclusion Strengthening nurses’ expertise and service delivery, intensifying health education for patients, optimizing treatment process, and formulating safety measures would contribute to a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, less medical disputes, and elevated patients’ satisfaction with ophthalmic services.
